Executive MBA (Offered in Korean)
KGSM created its Executive MBA Program in 2004 to satisfy the needs of Korean companies to develop their core managers into capable CEOs of the future. KAIST Executive MBA Program employs various methods to prepare its students for current global business challenges. First, each student has to take more than 48 credits and participate in overseas field studies at prominent foreign business schools in the US and Europe. Students must obtain an Advanced Speaking (AS) level in English in the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI), or participate in an English immersion program before graduation.
The program actively utilizes cyber infrastructures to facilitate cooperation and communication between students and professors, deepening the learning experience. Students who finish this program will have the strategic management foresight necessary to lead and manage their organizations as creative CEOs in a global business environment.
The applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience. It is currently not open to international students at KAIST due to lack of English course offerings.
